Bringing sustainable light to rural and Indigenous communities in Honduras.
“Light to the Nations” began in 2025 during a missionary trip to rural Honduras, where we encountered communities deeply affected by limited electricity and infrastructure. Today, our mission focuses on installing reliable off-grid solar systems for the more than one million Hondurans living without power.
Each installation is a carefully planned process from start to finish. Months before arriving on site, our team completes load calculations, system design, and equipment selection to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting solar solution. Excellence in every detail reflects our commitment to serve with integrity and stewardship.
Access to electricity transforms communities.
Solar power allows:
Schools to operate beyond daylight hours
Churches and community centers to host gatherings safely at night
Families to charge devices and access educational resources
Greater safety and stability in remote villages
Electricity creates access. Access creates opportunity. Opportunity creates long-term impact.
Come be part of a week-long mission trip and help bring light to communities in need.
During an 8-day trip, your team will install a complete off-grid solar system while also participating in local outreach, community engagement, and hands-on ministry. Accommodation, food, and transportation are included in the trip package.
Teams of 10–15 participants
$1,800 per person + flights
Larger teams (13–15 participants) may combine a solar installation with a home build project for extended impact.
In just one week, a team of 15 people can:
Connect with nearly 1,500 individuals
Create approximately 250 meaningful discipleship moments
Provide meals and prayer for nearly 900 people
Install one complete solar system
Help build one home for a family in need
